How do people celebrate in China?

Personally speaking, the festival which people celebrate on can be divided into two kinds.

One is western festival, such as Christmas Day, young people especially will have a good time at the day.The will invite fridengs to have a party or do other activities. The way of celebrating is, I think,the same as the westener.

The other sort is traditional festival, such as Spring Festival,Autumn moon day.All eople will celebrate these days including the old and young. The key point that family member will gather from othe places to have a dinner. It symbols the family reunion with everyone sitting around the table and tasting delicious food. Eveyone feel happiness. Members of the big family feel good about it.

in the past, people weren't very rich. So they will expect the Spring Festival coming to eat a lot of food.
Now the photo is taken by a common Chinese person.



In some modern cities,Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou, u will see the fireworks in festival.



with the modernation of the cities,some small towns in the remote area are still maintaining the traditional features.
